Monday through Friday, our car rentals office in Alexandria closes at 5 p.m.; on Saturday and Sunday, it closes at 12 p.m.
If you are returning your vehicle back outside of these hours, we recommend filling the car back to the fullest level as there will be an extra fee if you don’t. After that, park the car properly on the street, abiding by all NSW traffic laws, and making sure no one else’s driveway is blocked.
After parking, gather all your possessions and lock up the car.
Next, slide the keys beneath the door of the office.
When you drop it off, please take as many pictures as you can; these will come in handy in case there are any disagreements.
The next morning, we will check the car in as soon as we can, and if everything checks out, we will email you the invoice and return the bond money to your account.
It may take up to three or four business days for your account to receive the funds returned.
